I have always been a great admirer of your work and of the repertory's performances. I have a small request. I don't know if Chorus already has what I am suggesting, but since I have not heard till now and did not see it on the website I am taking the liberty to suggest. It would be great if Chorus could reach out to the theatre community at large in various ways apart from the great performances. All of us am sure have a lot to learn from legends like you. It would be great if the repertory could organise regular / annual events such as workshops, seminars, internships, residencies etc where people like me could come to experience the Chorus repertory and be enriched. Must say it was a most inspiring and amazing experience. Also, a sense of pride filled my heart that such an eclectic piece of theatre could be produced in India. I am a young theatre worker who wants to work solely as a theatre worker. But financial constraints prevent me. Your work was an inspiration. Thank you. I hope to watch another performance very soon. Hope Mr. Thiyam is feeling better now, we missed a great oppurtunity to see this genius in person, on a stage in Kolkata. All the actors were splendid but specially must commend the work of the two leading ladies. I am too young and inexperienced to comment about Mr. Thiyam directional intricacies, though I can't restrain myself from expressing that even though I didn't understand the language, I was transported into a dream. Tremendous ensemble performance by all both on and off the stage. I beleive Rabindra Sadan, Kolkata, the biggest theatre we could provide, sadly proved too small for this incredible performance. Please keep up the good work. Its a nice place, once entered you won't feel like going out of it. Besides I was thrilled to see his personality and professionalism. I was lucky to get a chance to see two theater icons Habib Tanveer and Ratan Thiyam talking to each other that day. I would say Ratan Thiyam was more superior than his counterpart. Actually Habib Tanveer was surprised to see his theater empire here in Manipur.
